Our Fees
Our quality of service is paramount and we work extremely hard to maintain our high standards. We strive to secure your chosen home in Kent or East Sussex at the lowest possible price. After negotiating on your behalf with terms advantageous to you, the saving on properties to buy, often equates to a figure greater than our fee.
We aim to be transparent when it comes to how much we charge for property searching, so please see our fee structure detailed below.
For Buyers
Registration fee: £700, non-refundable, but deductible from success fee.
Payable: in advance
Length of search: 16 weeks.
Success fee: Based upon % of agreed purchase price, as shown in table below:

For Tenants
Registration fee: £350.00, non-refundable, but deductible from success fee.
Payable: in advance
Length of search: 16 weeks.
Success fee: One month's agreed rental
We also offer a unique home furnishing service for those clients who need a little help in this area or indeed those who just want to be handed back the keys when the job is done. Clients moving back from abroad have found this service particularly useful. We can provide a quote depending on the scope of the work.
If you are selling your home within our area, please feel free to get in touch. We are happy to try and match a client to your home enabling us to offer clients exclusive access to properties which are not available through an estate agent.
