Fiona Penny in the Wealden Times...

A very talented client of ours, Caroline Kyriazis, who has a flair for interior design has just showcased the house we found for her and her husband, in the February edition of The Wealden Times.

Caroline and Simon, like so many of our clients, lived in London and were struggling to find a home in Tunbridge Wells.  The distance didn’t make house-hunting easy and with the fast-moving nature of the Tunbridge Wells market, they were finding suitable homes were few and far between and then snapped up before they even had time to come down and view them.  They enlisted our help and through our close relationship with a local agent, we found out about a Victorian gem before it came to the market and secured Caroline and Simon their new dream home. 

Since they’ve moved in Caroline has designed the interior beautifully using Farrow and Ball paints and carefully selected accessories. The high ceiling, huge sash windows and cast iron fireplaces typical of the period are complimented by her new colour scheme.  The result is a beautiful yet practical family home which makes the most of all the hallmarks of the Victorian era.
